The 2024 Dennis James Classic Pro is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26, 2024, in Frankfurt, Germany. Promoter and former IFBB Pro League Men’s Open bodybuilder Dennis James is hosting amateur contests and a 2025 Olympia qualification show for the Classic Physique division.
Eight athletes are on the roster for this event. The winner qualifies for the 2025 Classic Physique Olympia.

All eight athletes competing in Frankfurt are listed below, with names in alphabetical order. None of them have previously qualified for the 2025 Olympia before this competition,

Athletes to Watch
These three are the early favorites to take the win in Frankfurt.
Patrik Herczik
Patrik Herczik of the Czech Republic was third at the 2024 British Championships Pro in London, England, on Oct. 19, 2024. That was his first appearance in 2024, and he showed potential to be a threat in future shows. This would be an excellent opportunity for him to secure an early victory in the qualifying season.
Pekka Kotipohja
This will be Pekka Kotipohja’s first competition since he placed 10th at the 2023 Romania Muscle Fest Pro. The year away from competition may serve him well. With only eight athletes in this show, he will get a good look from each judge.
Luca Reger
Luca Reger represents the host country and won James’ last contest, the 2024 German Classic Pro, on May 25. 2024. Reger went on to compete in the 2024 Classic Physique Olympia in Las Vegas, NV, on Oct. 12, 2024, but tied for 16th place behind champion Chris Bumstead, who won his sixth and final championship before retiring onstage.
Winning this show could give Reger an extended off-season to prepare for the 2025 Olympia, or he could keep competing and try to prevent other rivals from qualifying.
